  1. Prepare ice cream: fill a glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add ingredients: Pour 90 ml Scavi & Ray Prosecco Doc Spumante, 60 ml Aperol and 30 ml soda water over the ice.
  3. Stir: Carefully stir the mixture to mix the ingredients.
  4. Garnish: Decorate the drink with an orange disk.
