- 90 ml Scavi & Ray Prosecco Doc Spumante
- 60 ml aperol
- 30 ml soda water
- Ice cubes
- Orange slices
preparation
- Prepare ice cream: fill a glass with ice cubes.
- Add ingredients: Pour 90 ml Scavi & Ray Prosecco Doc Spumante, 60 ml Aperol and 30 ml soda water over the ice.
- Stir: Carefully stir the mixture to mix the ingredients.
- Garnish: Decorate the drink with an orange disk.
