Ingredients
- 50 ml Haynes rum
- 15 ml cherry brandy
- 10 ml lime juice
- Goldberg Ginger Beer
preparation
- Prepare ice cream: fill a glass with ice cubes.
- Add ingredients: Pour 50 ml Haynes Rum, 15 ml Cherry Brandy and 10 ml lime juice over the ice.
- Fill in with Ginger Beer: Fill up the glass with ginger beer and carefully stir.
- Garnish: Optionally decorate with a lime disk or fresh cherries.
