  1. Prepare ice cream: fill a glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add ingredients: Pour 50 ml Haynes Rum, 15 ml Cherry Brandy and 10 ml lime juice over the ice.
  3. Fill in with Ginger Beer: Fill up the glass with ginger beer and carefully stir.
  4. Garnish: Optionally decorate with a lime disk or fresh cherries.
