Ingredients
- 60 ml Haynes rum
- Goldberg Ginger Beer
- 30 ml lime juice
- Lime slice
preparation
- Prepare ice cream: fill a glass with ice cubes.
- Add rum: pour 60 ml Haynes rum over the ice.
- Add lime juice: press 30 ml of fresh lime juice in the glass.
- Fill in with Ginger Beer: Fill up the glass with Goldberg Ginger Beer and carefully stir.
- Garnish: Decorate the drink with a lime disc.
