Ingredients
- 50 ml Haynes rum
- 20 ml Mozart Dark Chocolate or Bols Creme de Cacao Dark
- 15 ml of Cointreau
- 1 strong espresso
preparation
- Prepare ice cream: fill a shaker with ice cubes.
- Add ingredients: Pour 50 ml Haynes Rum, 20 ml Mozart Dark Chocolate (or Bols Creme de Cacao Dark), 15 ml of Cointreau and the strong espresso in the Shaker.
- Strain: Be the mixture in a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish: Optionally decorate with coffee beans or chocolate shavings.
