Ingredients

  • 50 ml Haynes rum
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 20 ml John’s sugar syrup
  • 20 ml scavi & ray al cioccolato
  • 1 protein (optional, for better foam)

  1. Prepare ice cream: fill a shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Add ingredients: pour 50 ml Haynes rum, 30 ml lemon juice, 20 ml of John’s sugar syrup and 20 ml scavi & ray al cioccolato in the Shaker.
  3. Add protein: If you want a better foam crown, add the protein.
  4. Shake: shake the mixture vigorously, first without ice (dry shake), to emulsify the egg whites well, and then with ice until the mix is ​​well cooled.
  5. Strain: Be the mixture in a chilled cocktail glass.
