Competition terms and conditions for the "Spin to Win" competition

2. eligibility to participate
All persons who have reached the age of 18 and are resident in Germany are eligible to participate. Employees of MBG International Premium Brands GmbH and their family members are excluded from participation.
3. participation in the competition
Participation takes place by entering a valid e-mail address and spinning the virtual prize wheel on our website. Multiple entries are not permitted. Participation is free of charge and does not involve any obligation to purchase.
4 Prizes and notification of winnings
All participants are guaranteed to receive a prize. Possible prizes are a 5 or 10% discount, a €10 discount or a free gift. The prize will be sent by e-mail to the address provided. Cash payment or exchange of the prize is not possible.
Prize codes are valid once and can only be redeemed once per customer. The probability of winning individual prizes may vary.
5. data protection & consent
By participating, the participant agrees that his/her personal data (e-mail address) will be processed for the purpose of running the competition. The data will be used exclusively for processing the competition and will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary to deliver the prize.

6. exclusion from participation
MBG International Premium Brands GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants who violate the conditions of participation or carry out unauthorized manipulations.
7. duration & termination of the competition
The competition is a pop-up offer and is valid as long as it is available on the website. MBG International Premium Brands GmbH reserves the right to terminate or change the competition at any time without giving reasons, in particular if technical problems or manipulations occur.
8 Legal recourse & disclaimer
Legal recourse is excluded. MBG International Premium Brands GmbH is not liable for technical problems that could affect participation in the competition.
The competition is subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
