- 50 ml Mermaid Pink Gin
- 100 ml apple juice
- Goldberg Tonic Water
preparation
- Prepare glass: Fill a glass with ice cubes.
- Add gin: pour 50 ml mermaid pink gin over the ice.
- Add apple juice: pour 100 ml apple juice.
- Fill up with tonic: Fill the glass with tonic water at will and carefully stir.
- Garnish: Optionally decorate with apple slices or a mint leaf.
