Ingredients

  • 50 ml Haynes rum
  • 20 ml Mozart Dark Chocolate or Bols Creme de Cacao Dark
  • 15 ml of Cointreau
  • 1 strong espresso

preparation

  1. Prepare ice cream: fill a shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Add ingredients: Pour 50 ml Haynes Rum, 20 ml Mozart Dark Chocolate (or Bols Creme de Cacao Dark), 15 ml of Cointreau and the strong espresso in the Shaker.
  3. Strain: Be the mixture in a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish: Optionally decorate with coffee beans or chocolate shavings.
