- 60 ml 9 MILE Vodka
- 30 ml John's caramel syrup
- 15 ml of fresh lemon juice
- 50 ml of pineapple juice
- 50 ml passion fruit juice

- Prepare ice cream: Fill a cocktail glass with ice cubes.
- Mix the ingredients: pour the 60 ml 9 MILE Vodka, 30 ml of John's caramel syrup, 15 ml of fresh lemon juice, 50 ml pineapple juice and 50 ml passion fruit juice in a shaker.
- Shake: shake the mixture well until it is well chilled.
- Strain: Be the mixture in the prepared glass with ice cream.
- Add the Angostura Aromatic Bitters.
- Garnish: Decorate the drink with a pineapple pane, a physalis on the edge of the glass and a mini -wig into the middle of the glass.
