Mediterranean flair

1. Prepare ice cream: fill a glass with ice cubes.
2. Add gin: Pour the 40 ml Mermaid Gin over the ice.
   
3. Fill up with tonic: Fill up the glass with Goldberg Mediterranean tonic and carefully stir.
   
4. Garnish: Decorate the drink with a herb bouquet.
