Ingredients
- 50 ml Mermaid Gin
- 10 ml elderflower liqueur
- 10 ml lemon grass syrup
- 25 ml lemon juice
preparation
- Prepare ice cream: fill a shaker with ice cubes.
- Add ingredients: Pour the 50 ml Mermaid Gin, 10 ml elderflower liqueur, 10 ml lemon grass syrup and 25 ml lemon juice in the shaker.
- Shake: shake the mixture well until it is well chilled.
- Strain: Be the mixture in a glass with fresh ice.
- Garnish: Optionally decorate with a lemon disc or fresh herbs.
