Real Prosecco is traditionally made from glera grapes. A blend of up to 15% with other strictly defined grape varieties is allowed. However, it is crucial that all grapes used from certified Doc- or Docg-areas come and be cut before pressing. Only pearl and sparkling wines that at least 85%The noble Glera grape contained, may bear the term Prosecco. SCAVI & RAY meets these requirements and is therefore entitled to offer traditional Prosecco.
