Our mineral water comes from the pristine Alpi Marittime in Italy, where it springs at an altitude of 1,000 meters. It undergoes 75 years of natural filtration through various layers of rock, which give the water its particularly pure and soft taste. The mineral content is only 39.9 mg/l, which makes it the ideal companion for culinary experiences, as it does not affect the taste of the food.
