Fresh fruit is cut and then air -dried. With this process, the fruit is gently removed the water - it contracts. The Dried fruit is cut very fine and filigree. Without exception, we use fruits of extraordinarily good quality. With us there are no burned fruits in the bags.

When dehydration of garnings, fruits, herbs or other organic fabrics are removed moisture, which intensifies their taste and extends their durability. The result is a crisp, concentrated version of the original garnish in taste and appearance. 

Dehydrated garnishes offer a contrast in the texture, a special taste and a "preserved" aesthetics that cannot offer fresh products in the form. Thus dried fruits are a sustainable solution because they reduce food waste by effectively extending the durability duration of fresh ingredients (here fruit).
