SCAVI & RAY PROSECCO DOC SPUMANTE is made from the white Glera grape variety and comes directly from the protected wine-growing region of Veneto in north-eastern Italy. The elegant mousse with a fine perlage is the result of the two-stage fermentation (Metodo Martinotti) to which the Glera grapes are subjected. The result: an elegant Prosecco Spumante with only 11% alcohol by volume, which impresses with its fine fruity characteristics on the nose and palate: fresh citrus fruit and crisp apples, paired with a herbaceous nuance of mint, make this Spumante a sparkling companion for life's special moments.
